Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, but before you make an appointment we recommend that you provide us with the product type you looking for as well as the approximate measurements. This will ensure that we are able to give you a starting price point before the on-site measuring.
What is your production and installation lead time?
For most of our custom products that we manufacture in our facility we require 5-10 business days. Should you need it faster, contact us with what your time frame is and we will ensure that you receive the fastest turnaround time in the industry (additional fees may apply).
Do you come to measure on site?
Only after the estimated price has been approved.

What is your warranty?
Our goal is to provide the best service possible. We guarantee all of our sales and installations and will repair or replace any faulty glass product or hardware. We will provide all labor and materials necessary to fix the said faulty glass and/or hardware installed for two years period from the date of installation.
